About the Event:

Prior to becoming a small business owner and entrepreneur, Phil Lohr’s career spanned five Fortune 100 companies, four industries (R&D, Aerospace, Pharma / Biotech and Health Insurance) and three professions (IT, Organizational Development and Consulting).  Needless to say, the themes of transitions, belonging, purpose and fulfillment and reinventing oneself have been very much present and relevant. The most recent transitions from large corporate to consulting to owning and operating a craft brewery have been rich with learnings on these themes. Come out to network with colleagues, reflect on these themes and sample the farm fresh craft brews that are the fruits on Phil’s most recent transition.
