Kimberly Williams is Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion for Stanley Black & Decker, a 177-year-old global diversified industrial, ranking #1 in tools and storage, #2 in security services and a global leader in engineered fastening.


Working within the Corporate HR Team and partnering across the business units, Kimberly provides the center of excellence for the Stanley Black & Decker global D&I community through the development and implementation of best practice, knowledge management, leadership development and metrics that can be deployed by the local talent & affinity teams within each region.


With 20+ years of HR experience, she has supported and led D&I initiatives in several organizations across industries; including, investment banking, health care, nonprofit, aerospace manufacturing and higher education. Williams launched Next Level Development, a non-profit organization in 2005 dedicated to promoting the career and personal development of women across sectors, professions and levels.


Williams received her MBA in Human Resource Management from Syracuse University. Her Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from American University. Williams has been a visiting professor at Holyoke Community College, Westfield State University and Springfield College, School of Social Work and currently teaches Diversity Management for Non-Profit Leaders at Bay Path University where she has been an adjunct faculty member for nearly 8 years.

  Yon Sugiharto, is the Director of Learning and Development at Yale Medicine, the physician specialty practices based in the Yale School of Medicine. Yon utilizes coaching services for his leaders and builds coaching skill-building into L&D at YSM to ensure faculty and health care professionals meet modern demands in the ever-changing landscape of healthcare today.

David Figliuzzi works to create equity in communities around CT. David works with schools and employers of all types in his work with the National Conference for Community and Justice. Previously, David worked for CIGNA for 25 years holding a variety of roles, most recently serving as the Chief Diversity Officer where he led the organization's efforts to be a more inclusive workplace. Prior to that, David was the Executive Director of the Cigna Foundation creating global partnerships with non-profits to improve health equity. David holds a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is an incoming student at Yale Divinity School.
