Membership Qualifications

HRLF-SNE is a membership organization for HR leaders in Central Connecticut and Massachusetts. We provide an accessible community of peers engaged in delivering and sharing strategic HR content and practices. Successful candidates for membership in HRLF-SNE typically have:

1. A passion/interest in HR strategy, and core values that match those of HRLF. 

2. Experience with or interest in learning about aligning HR with business outcomes.

3. Strong relationships with senior business leaders.


Membership Fees

Professional membership: $395 for the program year starting January to December.

New members joining on or after July 1 are prorated for $195 for the half year.

Benefits of Membership

Your annual membership fee entitles you to:

  • Attend programs held during the year. 
  • Bring one guest, per year, free to a program of your choice.
  • Access available presentation materials from current and past programs.
  • Obtain contact information for fellow HRLEADERS-SNE members and organizations*.


* All individual and organizational membership information is strictly confidential and is to be used only for HRLEADERS-SNE purposes and member-to-member support. Use of this information for vendor or other non-HRLEADERS-SNE Board approved solicitation is prohibited.
